More than six months ago, we at Santiment developed a better way to track dev activity of ERC-20 projects that goes far beyond just counting git commits – which often provides skewed, unusable data.
Using that method, we were able to identify the top 10 Ethereum-based projects with most dev activity over the past 30 days.
In the last month, these DAPPs invested more coding manpower than any other currently active ERC-20 project. If you’re wondering why that matters, check our our recent post on the topic.
Still, these are just numbers – what do they mean? What was actually done? Are these projects shipping new features, polishing their product, or making slight tweaks in their code?
To find out, we personally contacted all 10 projects, and asked them about their eventful September.
(Please note: æternity and Holo are being built on their own blockchains, but are still ERC20, currently using Ethereum as a platform for their tokens.)
